This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Quilt-a-lator (“Developer”) regarding your use of the Quilt-a-Lator mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on your compatible Apple device(s) for personal, non-commercial quilting or fabric-planning purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
The App and all related content, including software, text, graphics, and calculations, are owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The App provides general quilting and fabric calculations for planning and educational use.
While the Developer strives for accuracy, results are provided “as is” without warranty. Users should confirm measurements before cutting fabric or making purchases.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use or inability to use the App, including indirect or consequential damages.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Any project information you save is stored locally on your device. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the App. The Developer may terminate this license at any time if you breach these terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State] and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
